Beach Walk & Brew

A gentle beach walk designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect -with yourself, others, and the natural world around you.

This is a relaxed and welcoming space with no pressure to talk or engage in any particular way. You’re free to chat, meet new people, or walk quietly, beach combing as we walk. Come exactly as you are.

As we wander along the shoreline, we’ll slow down and really notice what’s around us - the shapes and textures of the pebbles, the movement of the tide, and the small details that are so easily missed.

Through beachcombing and quiet observation, this walk invites you to bring your curiosity with you and gently develop it here, staying present with the landscape and engaging with the coast in a mindful, unhurried way.

As we look out for sea glass and other little treasures scattered along the shore, there’s space for moments of wonder, reflection, and the possibility of learning something new - simply by paying attention to what the beach has to offer.

Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather, as the sea breeze can be fresh. If you’d like to collect sea glass or beach finds, feel free to bring a small bag. Most importantly, just bring yourself.
