Dreaming in January - A Gentle New Year Session
Instead of goal-chasing, pressure, or punishing resolutions, January is for dreaming.
Dreaming with intention, to discover a feeling you want to nurture, explore, and welcome more of in the year ahead. While many people find January heavy, I adore it. It’s a month for slowing down, softening, resting, and letting your mind wander while you’re wrapped up warm and cosy.
Join me as we reframe the “new year” and turn it into a cocoon: a quiet space to breathe, dream, and gently imagine what’s next.
What to Expect
A 2-hour restorative, creative session held at Mother Nurtured Doula’s beautiful studio at Marsh Mill in Thornton, where we’ll sink into softness and intention together.
Your evening will include:

✨ Creative collage to bring your dream-feeling to life

Terms & Conditions
By booking a session, workshop, or purchasing products from The Chilly Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Payment (Sessions & Workshops)
- All sessions and workshops must be booked in advance via our website or agreed booking platform.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations by You
- If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session or workshop will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and materials and preparations are made in advance.
- If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else - please notify us of their details ahead of time.
Cancellations or Changes by Us
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session or workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
- We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
Health & Wellbeing (Sessions & Workshops)
- Our sessions and workshops are designed to support wellbeing and self-connection but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
- Some sessions may include activities such as breathwork, movement, cold water exposure, or plant-based drinks. Participation is always optional.
- Please inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary requirements.
- You are responsible for listening to your body and taking rest or stepping back whenever needed.
Personal Responsibility
- By attending a session or workshop, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
- You agree to engage in activities within your own comfort levels and limits.
Respect & Community
- We ask all participants to respect the space, facilitators, and one another.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Photography & Sharing
- Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in any images, please inform us before the session begins and this will be fully respected.
Physical & Digital Products
Orders & Delivery
- Physical products, including seasonal gift boxes, are subject to availability.
- Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days with Yodel or Royal Mail.
- Delivery times (3-5 days) are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or factors outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and details of the issue.
- Digital products included with physical items are non-refundable once accessed.
Food, Herbal & Consumable Products
- Some seasonal gift boxes contain food, herbal, or consumable items such as cacao, herbal teas, or plant-based blends.
- These items are provided for general wellbeing, ritual, and enjoyment purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
- We cannot guarantee that any food, tea, or consumable items are nut-free.
If you have a severe nut allergy, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase or consume these products. - Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
- Consumption is at your own discretion, and we cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions.
Storage & Use
- Food and herbal items should be stored according to the guidance provided and used within 2 months.
- Essential oils included in gift boxes are for external use only unless otherwise stated.
