I offer a range of sessions designed to suit different needs and comfort levels, from intimate 1:1 experiences to group sessions (with a maximum of six people) and bespoke group bookings for friends, teams, or special occasions.
You’ll also find me facilitating cold water and contrast therapy sessions at retreats — creating grounding, supportive experiences that combine breathwork, movement, and immersion in natural elements to gently guide you out of the mind and back into the body.

1:1 & Small Group Cold Water Sessions



Step away from the everyday and into the wild with this refreshing and supportive cold water experience.
These private group sessions are held in a wild, open moorland setting – an exposed and beautiful space where nature leads the experience. Sharing cold water in this environment creates something unique: a deeper connection to the elements, to each other, and to yourself.
We begin with a mindful walk across the moors, giving the group time to slow down and arrive. Breathwork follows – simple, grounding techniques to prepare for the water.
Each person is guided into the immersion at their own pace. There’s no pressure – just an invitation to experience the cold in a way that feels right for you.
Towel ponchos and neoprene gloves are provided, and afterwards we warm up together with a special blend cacao hot chocolate and a nourishing treat – taking time to pause, reflect, and connect.
A shared experience rooted in rewilding – designed to help you disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with nature, with others, and with yourself.
