You’ll also find me facilitating cold water and contrast therapy sessions at retreats — creating grounding, supportive experiences that combine breathwork, movement, and immersion in natural elements to gently guide you out of the mind and back into the body.

Open Group Sessions
Step away from the everyday and into the wild with this refreshing and supportive cold water experience, held in a small group of no more than six people.
Designed to calm the mind and reconnect you with nature, this session is perfect for anyone curious about cold water therapy — whether you’re new to it or looking to deepen your practice. You’ll be guided through each stage with care, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
We begin with a peaceful 30–40 minute walk through scenic moorland — a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle into the landscape. Along the way, there’s space for quiet, conversation, or simply taking it all in.
Next, you’ll learn simple, grounding breathwork techniques (inspired by the Wim Hof Method) to steady your body and mind ahead of your dip.
The cold water immersion is fully supported — there’s no pressure to stay in for a set time or reach a certain goal. It’s about tuning into your breath, listening to your body, and embracing the elements whatever they have to offer.
We finish wrapped in towel ponchos, sipping warm cacao hot chocolate infused with an adaptogenic mushroom blend, and enjoying a nourishing treat together.
This is a small, supportive group experience designed to help you feel safe, held, and reconnected — with nature, with your breath, and with yourself.
